Overview of system functions

①、The system can complete the test of 12 pumps each time, the operator only needs to load and unload the pumps, the system will automatically complete the test and display the test results on the interface, the test results will be stored in the database;

②、all the test parameters in the system, such as the number of pumps, power supply voltage, flow qualified range, current qualified range, vacuum qualified range, equipment ports, etc. can be customised by engineers to configure;

③、The system data will be stored in the stand-alone database, which can realise the functions of historical data viewing and exporting;

④、The system will be equipped with perfect error release and alarm system, such as over-voltage, over-current, vacuum abnormal detection, etc;

⑤、Limit switch will be installed at the cover plate, if the cover plate is opened suddenly during the test, the test will be interrupted and the data and alarm will be saved;

⑥、The test system will be developed based on labview2017;
