LEL Sensor Test System

Description:

The test system was designed to verify the performance of the LEL combustible gas sensor. The LEL flammable gas sensor is placed in a test chamber filled with a flammable gas mixture (methane and air mixture) and the quality of the sensor is evaluated by varying the concentration, humidity, and temperature of the gas to test the sensor’s performance under different environmental conditions. The main system requirements are divided into two aspects: hardware design requirements and software design requirements.
